Les contamos lo que hicimos hoy. Nos levantamos muy tempranito, tipo 7 de la mañana. Desayunamos tostadas, medialunas y te/café con leche. Luego tuvimos que llevar todo el equipaje al hall y dirigirnos al micro. Nos estaba esperando Charly para realizar el safari terrestre. Fuimos a ver piedras petrificadas y luego nos dirigimos a la orilla del Río Uruguay.

Terminamos ese paseo y alrededor de las 11 hs tomamos el micro para llegar al mediodía al Palacio San José. Tuvimos una visita guiada en inglés y aprox. a las 13 hs almorzamos en la caballeriza del Palacio. Aprendimos muchísimo de Urquiza y su vida como gobernador de Entre Ríos y presidente de la nación.

Por último, tuvimos los bailes, canciones y coreografías preparadas por los chicos y los counsellors.

Aprox a las 4 de la tarde emprendimos la vuelta hacia Buenos Aires.

La experiencia fue maravillosa, los chicos disfrutaron muchísimo y aprendieron a compartir actividades entre todos. Se portaron muy bien y eso merece una super FE LI CI TA CIÓN!!!!
Gracias Silvina por acompañarnos en todo momento. Gracias Adolfo y Guillermo que fueron unos super coordinadores que estuvieron en todos los detalles y gracias Leandro (Fase 2) por hacernos las cosas mas fáciles.
Gracias Natalia, Graciela y Fernanda que desde el cole estaban atentas a todos nuestros movimientos y por sobre todo GRACIAS PAPIS POR CONFIAR EN TODOS NOSOTROS!!!!!

 Hola papis:

Les contamos que el viaje fue muy bueno. Apenas salimos del colegio, empezaron las actividades con los counsellors en el micro. Los chicos compartieron juegos y quizzes con los distintos grupos y participaban activamente. Apenas llegamos a Zarate, tomaron el desayuno (chocolatada y alfajores) y luego hicimos una parada en Gualeguaychú.

Directamente desde ahí, nos dirigimos a El Palmar. Tuvimos una visita guiada con una guía del lugar y recorrimos los distintos senderos y estuvimos en la playita del Río Uruguay. A la 1 aprox. fuimos a almorzar a un restaurant en el mismo parque. Comieron empanadas, pollos con papas fritas y helado de postre. Ya todos estaban preparados para dirigirnos al safari náutico. Qué experiencia alucinante. El conductor de la lancha se llamaba Pablo y nos hizo divertir un montón.  Fuimos a explorar una isla llamada Los Hornos. Recorrimos senderos del lugar y apenas terminamos los counsellors con los cordinadores cocinaron pan. Qué rico todo! La vuelta fue alucinante.

Volvimos al hotel, los chicos se bañaron y partimos a cenar, al centro de Colón. Pizza de todos los gustos con helado!!!

Ahora estamos en el hotel practicando las coreografías de mañana.

Mañana nos tenemos que levantar a las 7, ya que el desayuno es 7.30- Tenemos actividades con un safari terrestre y luego el Palacio San José

Los chicos se están portando muy bien y están hablando en inglés.

Estoy intentando subir fotos pero no tengo buena señal y no puedo lograrlo. Intento mas tarde, sino mañana.

Les pedimos por favor que mañana no corten la cadena, ya que hoy hubo padres que  no supieron nada de sus hijos hasta la noche. La cadena debe seguirse tratando de utilizar los tres números que hay en la misma. Si alguien no contesta hay que seguir con el siguiente número.

2nd FORM : Pupppet Show: It has to be a flower

Hi everybody!!!
Cómo nos divertimos el lunes en la función de los títeres. Qué linda obrita compartimos entre todos. IT HAS TO BE A FLOWER! fue realmente encantadora y todos los chicos participaron con mucho entusiasmo.

Les contamos en inglés el argumento de la obrita para que puedan compartirla con sus hijos.

Once upon… a moment in the present –to be more precise, now- a gnome and a magician`s apprentice meet to sow a seed and they as children ask  for their help.

At this point, everyone participates being the   wind, the rain and the sun. So the plant peeps out and grows strongly,   producing a bud that –to everyone’s joy- turns into a beautiful flower.

The gnome and the apprentice leave the scene. Suddenly, a man -who has no love for flowers - appears. He decides to dig a hole and, throwing the plant in it, turns the flower into a monster…

A boy and his father –tourists on vacation- together with the audience, will try to break the spell, turn the monster back into a flower and teach the villain an unforgettable lesson.

  The End

Hola a todos!!!

Les queremos contar que realmente ayer pasamos una tarde muy muy linda compartiendo la obra de títeres de "The Company of the Charmed Crystal". Juan e Inés nos brindaron lo mejor de ellos. Los chicos se rieron muchísimo y disfrutaron a pleno de la obra: Pompoducks! Qué lindo cuento que compartimos con Kewen, Patou y the Fox.

Tomorrow is Kewen´s birthday, he is one of many Pompoducks at the lagoon, close to the farm. His friends, Patou and Spliff, want to give him a present and decide to make a small birthday cake for him. It will be a surprise!!! Mr. Fox agrees with the idea and suggests baking a BIG birthday cake to be shared by aaaaaalllll the animals at the lagoon. Quite a task!!! Ssssshhhhhh Kewén shouldn`t notice...!!!

CERTIFICATE AWARDS for YOUNG LEARNERS

On April 26th students from the primary school received the YOUNG LEARNERS CERTIFATES: STARTERS, MOVERS & FLYERS.

The Ceremony was full of excitement. Children were very very happy to have their own certificates. They were really proud of themselves.

Congratulations to you all, children!

Miss Valeria Kritterson and her group of Irish dancers participated in the Ceremony. They danced "A new World", "The Maid behind the bar" and "Stolen Kiss" How nice it was! Congrats to you too!!! Thank you very much for coming!
